What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is a holistic and natural approach to your overall health and wellness. We believe that the healthier your spine is, then the healthier your nervous system is. Your spine is like a suit of armour that protects your nervous system inside. Much like how your skull protects your brain, when our spine is not moving as well as it should, this can cause dysfunction within the nervous system and potentially cause issues with your health. As your Richmond chiropractor, we look for areas in your spine that aren’t moving well and use what’s called an adjustment to realign your spine to help improve the function of your nervous system, allowing the body to perform better.

Your first visit is all about you. We want to know why you are here and how we can help. We want to get to the bottom of your health concerns and how this is affecting you by completing a comprehensive health history and examination.

We then create an individualised plan and discuss any questions you may have to help you better reach your health goals. We utilise a range of techniques to find the one that suits you best.

Prior to becoming a Chiropractor, Dr Naomi has taught mat work and reformer classes for over 5 years, and has also worked as a Personal Trainer helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals. She loves seeing the incredible benefits of these modalities, especially when combined with chiropractic care.
